Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds for change of mind or personal-use products once delivered. Refunds will only be considered in cases where an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, and must be reviewed and approved by our team. If approved, any refund will be issued to your original payment method.
